Launch Japanese games on non-Japanese systems. Enable the use of locale recognizing the structures and scripts in the Japanese language, thus providing an option to access Japanese products in the Administrator mode, as well as integrate auto-translation tools.
It extends AppLocale, making it simpler to install and use Japanese games. HF pAppLoc fixes that you have to run the AppLocale msi from a command prompt launched as administrator (on Vista/7). With HF pAppLoc you can easily run a Japanese game/setup as Administrator.
